Refund Policy

"Dominate with Crystal" is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased digital/hard goods/subscription from Dominate with Crystal and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund if requested within 10 days of the original purchase date.

Refunds of Hard Goods:
To be eligible for return and refund, the following steps must be taken:
Refund must be requested in writing by contacting crystal@dominatewithcrystal.com
Request of refund must be made within 10 days of the original purchase date

Hard goods must be returned to Dominate with Crystal immediately, according to the instructions you will receive once contacting crystal@dominatewithcrystal.com as directed in step 1.

The item(s) must be unused and returned in the original packaging, in like-new, or re-sellable condition, as determined in Dominate with Crystal sole, reasonable discretion.

Refunds of Digital/Subscription Based Goods:
To be eligible for a refund on any digital/subscription based goods, the following steps must be taken:

Request of refund must be made within 10 days of the original purchase date.

Refunds of Live Event Ticket Purchases
To be eligible for a refund on a ticket to a "Live Event", the following steps must be taken:
Refund must be requested in writing by contacting crystal@dominatewithcrystal.com
Request of refund must be made within 10 days of the original purchase date.


Refunds on Virtual Events/Challenges
At Dominate with Crystal, we strive to deliver exceptional experiences through our virtual events. We understand that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to request a refund. In such cases, we have created the following refund policy to ensure a fair and consistent approach for all our attendees. 

1. Refund requests 
To request a refund, please email crystal@dominatewithcrystal.com with the following information:
a. Full Name

b. Email Address used for registration

c. Order Number

d. Reason for requesting a refund

Please submit your refund request at least 7 days before the event date to give us adequate time to process the request.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be granted under the following circumstances:

a. Cancellation by Dominate with Crystal: If the virtual event is canceled by Dominate with Crystal, all registered attendees will receive a full refund.

b. Duplicate Payment: If a duplicate payment is made due to a technical error, the duplicate payment will be refunded in full.

c. Personal Reasons: Refund requests for personal reasons (e.g., illness, scheduling conflicts, etc.) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. A full or partial refund may be granted at the discretion of Dominate with Crystal.

3. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date the refund request is received. The refund will be made to the original payment method used for registration.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

a. No-shows: Attendees who do not participate in the virtual event without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

b. Late Requests: Refund requests received within 7 days of the event date will not be considered.

c. Technical Difficulties: Dominate with Crystal will not be responsible for technical difficulties experienced by the attendee that are beyond our control, such as internet connectivity issues or device-related problems.

5. Transfer of Registration
In the event that you cannot attend the virtual event, you may transfer your registration to another person. Please email crystal@dominatewithcrystal.com with the full name and email address of the person you would like to transfer your registration to. Transfer requests must be made at least 3 days before the event date.

6. Modifications to Policy
Dominate with Crystal reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be posted on our website and communicated to registered attendees.
